Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after submitting. Please check your order carefully before clicking on submit button.
Rouge Living accepts Visa & MasterCard payments.
All goods are sent using Australia Post Registered Post service. Delivery charges for purchased items are calculated based on spend.

$51 > $100 = $18
$101 > $150 = $22
$151 > $200 = $28
$201 + = $35
All online purchases are sent through Australia Post using their Registered Post Service.

Replacement globes for Rouge Living string lights are available from Rouge Living, please visit the Replacement Globes category under Decorative Lighting in the Shop Catalogue.
In the case that the entire string is not working it is most likely that a globe has become dislodged during transit. To find loose globe individually press all the globes in tight whilst string is switched on until the string lights up.
If a globe has blown, only that particular globe will not work. In this case replace globe using replacement globes provided in pack. Further replacement globes are available from Rouge Living.

Any electrical items purchased online that are suspected of being faulty need to be returned to Rouge Living, 693 Glenhuntly Rd, Caulfield South, VIC, 3162 for assessment. Any goods deemed faulty will be replaced, should the identical item be no longer available a gift card for the purchase amount will be issued. Postage charges will apply for replacement goods issued.
Faulty items need to be returned within 6 months of the purchase date.
For any other item, Rouge Living guarantees its workmanship and delivery to our customer however after this point take no responsibility for the goods. In the case that an item is damaged on arrival this needs to be claimed with Rouge Living within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
