Standard Trading Terms and Conditions
TRADE ORDERS
For all orders, full payment of goods is required prior to delivery. Visa or MasterCard payments only are accepted for internet based orders, EFT or cheque payments are accepted for all other trade orders placed.
Rouge Living reserves the right to change our trading terms and pricing. All changes will be communicated.
Rouge Living must be immediately notified in writing of any changes in ownership to a business. The customer agrees to indemnify Rouge Living against any loss incurred if such notice is given.
PRICING & DELIVERY
All wholesale prices quoted are ex GST and freight. Freight charges will be added to all invoices and are shown separately. A minimum wholesale order value of $200 applies to all orders. The value does not include delivery charges or GST. Stock items must be ordered in pack sizes.
CLAIMS
Any visible damage or shortages should be noted on the consignment note. Claims for shortages should be made immediately on receipt of goods.
Claims for damages should be made within 7 days from receipt of goods. All returns must be authorised by Rouge Living personnel before goods are returned. Goods must be returned with the original packing intact. Credits will be issued after the goods are received. (NO CASH REFUNDS).
Rouge Living will warrant its product against faulty workmanship and the customer is entitled to their rights under Common Law.
PROPERTY & DELIVERY OF GOODS
The property of the goods passes to the purchaser only after the goods have been paid in full.
Rouge Living is authorized to take possession of any goods in which it has title, to the value of the overdue amount. The customer authorizes Rouge Living employees to enter its premises to repossess goods not paid for.
Risk for the goods passes to the purchaser on delivery. Rouge Living has the right to sue for liquidated damages.

All prices quoted include GST. Seperate postage & handling charges will be added to all orders.
CLAIMS
Any electrical items purchased online suspected of being faulty need to be returned, at purchasers cost, to Rouge Living, 693 Glenhuntly Rd, Caulfield South, VIC, 3162 for assessment. Any goods deemed faulty will be replaced. Should the identical item be no longer available a gift card for the purchase amount will be issued. Postage charges will apply for replacement goods issued. Faulty items need to be returned within 6 months of the purchase date.
For any other item, Rouge Living guarantees its workmanship and delivery to our customer however after this point take no responsibility for the goods.
In the case that an item is damaged on arrival this needs to be claimed with Rouge Living within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
